Installation Information

1. Ensure the vehicle ignition is switched OFF and the negative battery terminal is disconnected prior to commencing installation procedures.

2. Remove any obstructing trim panels or covers identified as necessary to access the original sensor mounting location, typically situated behind the front bumper fascia.

3. Remove the mounting fasteners securing the original sensor unit.

4. Carefully disconnect the electrical connector leading to the original sensor assembly.

5. Connect the corresponding electrical harness connector to the replacement sensor unit.

6. Mount the replacement sensor unit into its designated mounting bracket using the specified fasteners, ensuring correct orientation as marked by alignment indicators.

7. Reinstall all previously removed trim components.

8. Reconnect the vehicle battery negative terminal.

9. Electronic system calibration or diagnostic verification may be required post-installation per manufacturer service specifications.
